Sam joined Royal Palm Golf Club in April 2020 after a 24-year career at Redding Country Club in Redding, Connecticut as a Head Golf Pro. Sam received his PGA Class A membership in 1995 and was just honored with the Quarter Century Milestone Award from the PGA of America. Before Redding Country Club, Sam worked as an Assistant Golf Pro at Yahnundasis Golf Club in Utica, New York, Seawane Golf Club in Hewlett Harbor, New York, and Rolling Hills Country Club in Wilton, Connecticut. Sam grew up in Anniston, Alabama, and went on to play Division 1 golf at Clemson University. In 1990, he played on the golf team that won 3 ACC Golf Championships and two top 5 finishes at the NCAA Championship. His playing achievements include runner up finishes in the New York State Open at Bethpage Black and the Connecticut State Open at Woodway Country Club in Darien, Connecticut. He holds two course records: 63 at Redding Country Club and 62 at Waccabuc Golf Club in Lewiston, New York.

Drew has loved the sport of golf his entire life, from the first time he picked up a plastic club at the age of 2. Drew was the number one golfer for the District Champion program at Winter Haven High School and the 2018 Central FL Junior Golf Tour – Golfer of the Year. He passed his PGA Playing Ability Test while in high school. Drew forwent his college golf playing opportunities to focus on academics and launch his career as a golf professional. Drew graduated from the PGA Golf Management Program at Florida Gulf Coast University with a passion for teaching the game he loves. He is a Class A Certified PGA teaching professional. His wide range of experience at premier golf facilities includes Arcadia Bluffs in Arcadia, Michigan, Wilmington Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware, Tiburon Golf Club here in Naples, Pine Orchard Golf and Country Club in Branford, CT, Mountain Lake Golf Club in Lake Wales, FL and the Palencia Club in St. Augustine, FL.

Beau graduated in 2022 from Florida Gulf Coast University with his PGA Class A degree and is excited to be here at Royal Palm Golf Club. While in college, Beau interned at 3 beautiful golf clubs including: Farm Neck Golf Club in Martha's Vineyard, Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, and Windstar Golf and Country Club. These internships gave him great knowledge in customer service, tournament operations, and merchandising. He also gained a lot of experience in teaching private and group lessons. For the past 3 Seasons, Beau has gained experience working in Jackson, Wyoming at Jackson Hole Golf and Country Club and has now come home to Naples to begin his career at Royal Palm GC. Beau and Drew were classmates at FGCU and will be working together to exceed golf expectations at RP. Very excited to have him on staff. We are currently training him on our golf operations and introducing him to our Membership. You may not believe but he is also a big Clemson Tiger fan!
